Shipping policy

Effective date: [Insert date]

This Shipping Policy explains how Doelara processes, dispatches, and monitors orders. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are only estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

1. Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 5 business days, excluding weekends, bank holidays, and exceptional closure periods. Processing may take longer during launches, seasonal peaks, inventory checks, promotional events, carrier disruptions, customs delays, payment reviews, address verifications, or other operational circumstances outside normal volumes.

An order is not deemed accepted until payment has been authorised and the order has passed any internal verification checks.

2. Dispatch and delivery estimates

Estimated dispatch and delivery windows shown on the website, at checkout, or in confirmation messages are indicative only. Actual delivery timing may vary by destination, courier capacity, local handling conditions, customs processing, and other factors outside Doelara’s reasonable control.

Doelara does not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless a specific guaranteed shipping service is expressly purchased and confirmed in writing.

3. Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided after dispatch. Tracking updates may take time to activate and may not update continuously throughout transit depending on the carrier network.

Tracking availability, event frequency, and last-mile visibility depend on the relevant courier and destination.

4. Delivery address responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information is complete and accurate at checkout. Doelara is not responsible for failed delivery, loss, delay, or additional charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information supplied by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an address error, non-collection, refusal, or repeated failed delivery attempts, Doelara may charge redelivery or reprocessing costs before reshipment.

5. Customs, import charges, and international delivery

For cross-border orders, customs procedures, import checks, and local regulatory requirements may affect delivery timing. Any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or similar charges are the customer’s responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

6. Delivery completion and risk

Subject to applicable law, delivery is deemed complete when the order is delivered to the address provided by the customer and recorded as delivered by the relevant carrier, building reception, parcel locker, or other accepted delivery point associated with the address.

Risk in the goods passes in accordance with applicable consumer law. Customers should secure the delivery location and report any delivery issue promptly.

7. Missing, delayed, or lost parcels

If a parcel appears delayed, the customer should first review the tracking information and local delivery updates. If assistance is still needed, the customer should contact Doelara within a reasonable period so that an enquiry can be opened with the carrier.

Doelara may, at its discretion and subject to carrier findings, offer a replacement, store credit, or other suitable resolution where appropriate. Delays alone do not automatically entitle a customer to compensation unless required by law.

8. Split shipments

Where an order contains multiple items, Doelara may ship items separately to improve fulfilment efficiency. Separate packages may arrive on different dates.

9. Refused or undeliverable orders

If an order is refused by the customer or cannot be delivered for reasons not attributable to Doelara, any refund may be reduced by return shipping, handling, storage, disposal, or other direct costs incurred where permitted by law.

10. Shipping policy updates

Doelara reserves the right to amend shipping methods, courier partners, service areas, and this Shipping Policy at any time. The version published on the website at the time of purchase will apply to that order unless a change is required by law.
